Olives Et Al -- Aussie Olives
This really is an authentic Australian recipe! Kalamata Olives cured in a sweet but tangy mix of Vinegar, Oil and Brine. These aussies are very juicy and succulent with a nudge of chilli.
The olives in the jars are still marinating. The longer you keep them the better they will get. Only recommendation is to consume everything (all the olives and all the oil) within 12 - 18 months and do not refrigerate them. They don't need it - even when opened. The oil is the preservative and also adds to the flavour.
The party pack olives are a raw foodist's dream! Olives on tap! These have a shorter shelf life, but are much more cost effective. Consume within 6 - 8 weeks of purchase.
All these Marinated Olives are 100% raw, vegan/veggie-friendly and gluten, fish and dairy-free.
