Wonder of childbirth

K Farrington from Hampshire loves them! "I saw a feature on the InnerTalk Bedwetting CD in The Mother, a holistic parenting magazine and decided to give it a try with my four year old son. I really liked the affirmations used and felt that they stood well alone even if there was no effect on his toilet habits. He had toilet trained with no problems at all but like many children had occasional trouble with bed wetting. He also would often lose track of time in the flow of whatever activity he was involved in and not quite make it to the toilet.

I played the CD for an hour in the background while he was playing, drawing or generally pottering around. After about three weeks I noticed that he was more often than not making it to the toilet on time during the day and within 5 weeks he no longer had little accidents no matter how engrossed in playing he was. At night we have been able to eliminate the 11 o'clock toilet trip which makes for much more settled sleep for him and if he does need to go during the night he wakes of his own volition. Every now and then I put the CD on to re-enforce the positive affirmations such as "I am smart, I am confident, I am loved", and my son continues to thrive with the added confidence of freedom from bedwetting."
