I'm in my flow is an organic tea for your life to run more smoothly from our Ecstatea range and is blended from ginger, cinnamon, hawthorn and gingko.

Use two teaspoons per mug, or two teaspoons per person in a pot, oh and one for the pot! Enjoy up to three cups per day. During pregnancy and breastfeeding do not exceed stated amount.

When you’re in your flow, you’ll never get cold feet again! About anything! We love it, and we think you will too!
