Continuing Shazzie's very own handmade raw chocolate bar series. The second of six to be released, Goddess is smooth, she melts perfectly in your mouth, and she's sweet without being sickly. Containing mesquite, which has a really low GI, and lucuma, a rare Peruvian fruit, this raw vegan chocolate bar is the nearest we've tasted to "a bar of mauve". Goddess will make you want to dance until the sun rises.

Goddess is made with our own raw chocolate powder, our own mesquite and the same raw agave nectar and cacao butter that we sell here. It's 100% raw, there is no added sugar and there is no dairy. It's endorsed by the Vegan Society and loved by all who've tested it.

In our book Naked Chocolate we mentioned the amazing story of the Kuna Indians, who live on the San Blas Islands of Panama. These people have always had extremely low blood pressure Reference and that it did not climb as they got older. In fact, they always remained in remarkably great health.

Certificate of analysis

Yearly, we recieve a certificate of analysis from our organic cacao growers. This covers all our cacao products: liquor, nibs, powder, beans and butter. It says many things, yet the most interesting part is the microbiological analysis. This is the bit that shows to us our chocolate products are safe for human consumption without being cooked. Staphylococus aureus, pseudomonas, aeruginoses, escherichila coli and salmonella are all tested as 100% absent from all our raw chocolate products.
