About whole almonds
Our raw organic certified whole almonds are grown in the beautifully abundant Spanish countryside. They are just so yummy, we have to hide them from Bryan (Director of Big Things), who loves them! He must have been a squirrel in his last life.

About mulberries
These sun-dried white mulberries (Morus alba) from Turkey are a little bit crunchy, sweet and very nutritious. Each berry is packed with nutrients, especially iron, calcium, fibre and Vitamins C and K. They are also rich in antioxidants, especially the antioxidant resveratrol.

About premium pumpkin seeds
Normal pumpkin seeds aren't good enough for our customers, so we scoured the earth to find these, the best we've ever tasted. Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc. They contain 10mg per 100g, and the RDA is 15mg.

About shelled hemp seeds
Our shelled raw hemp seeds are certified organic. They are fantastic for sprinkling onto salads, adding to smoothies, energy balls, and scooping up by the handful!
Hemp seeds are are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. Hemp seeds are the only edible seeds with gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
Hemp seeds are a highly nutritious source of protein, and are better tasting and more digestible than the soya bean.

About Incan berries
If you like our goji berries, then you are going to love these scrumptious berries from South America! Once cultivated in the Incan Empire, these fully-ripe, sun-dried, wildcrafted berries are sweet, but with a flavour like a sweet and sour lemon sherbert and they're full of tiny seeds. Small and yellow/orange, the dried fruits are slightly larger than raisins.
