The UK's first ever shop for people living the raw food and healthy vegan lifestyle opens its doors

Friday 10th February 2006, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK -- The raw food revolution is gaining momentum! Seen as odd and cranky just a few years ago, it's now one of the top diets in the western world. Fans of the raw food diet include Woody Harrelson, Demi Moore and Alicia Silverstone. This craze for all things raw has now reached UK shores with the opening of a shop called Detox Your World in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Now you can easily satisfy your curiosity, as well as fill your basket up with food for thought.

This is the latest venture of Shazzie, a pioneer of the raw food revolution in the UK and worldwide. Having written three raw food books, and owning an online shop, this is a logical next step. "We needed to move offices as our business grew so large last year", she says "So I was delighted when we found these new offices have space for a shop. I think it's really important that people can come and see what our products look like and now they can! We have a range of juicers, blenders, dehydrators and raw foods on display, alongside our other health-enhancing products. My business is about healthy living for all, and the more raw food people eat, the better."
