Raw food guru David Wolfe is coming to the UK

Wednesday 22nd March 2006, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK -- Radical health company Detox Your World is bringing USA-based raw food guru to the UK for a four day retreat at a luxury venue in Somerset.

From Friday 6th - Tuesday 10th October 2006 at Croydon Hall in Somerset, something raw and chocolatey is ocurring. Co-authors of the healthy yet decadant book Naked Chocolate, David Wolfe and Shazzie are playing host to around 50 people for four days. They'll be talking about sensual nutrition, alchemical nutrition, human potential, and wild foods. With the supporting team of NLP natural health specialists Mike Nash and Debbie, the yoga teacher Daniel Aaron flying in from Bali, pilates teacher Natasha, and the resident Osho team, attendees will have a choice of the following. The venue, Croydon Hall, has expansive grounds and is set in a National Park. Retreat guests will have full access to the sauna, pool, jacuzzi and "The Chocolate Love Room".

Croydon Hall is a superior vegetarian venue, and will be providing pure raw vegan cuisine for this retreat. Raw food is one of the most popular diets of the stars, with advocates claiming it boosts weight loss, energy, sex drive and brain power.
