Sage Organic Menopause offers a nutritional care package to provide the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA’s) of 14 essential vitamins and minerals, plus the support of plant nutrients beneficial for giving balance to the body during this time of change.

The herbal capsule contains Soil Association certified organic Sage Leaf and Liquorice that are combined with Soy Isoflavones to provide an effective herbal food supplement. Organic Siberian Ginseng is also included to help maintain a feeling of energy and well being and the formula has the added benefits of Gotu Kola, Chamomile Flower, Aloe Vera concentrate and an organic Vegetable blend. Flax Seed provides a source of Omega 3 fatty acids, making the herbal capsule an ideal partner for the vitamin and mineral tablet.

The Menopause food supplement multivitamin and mineral tablet contains Vitamin E, a potent antioxidant that may help maintain normal heart function as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Other antioxidant nutrients in the formula include Beta-carotene, Vitamin C and the mineral Zinc. Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D are important for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, whilst B Vitamins such as Thiamin (B1) and Riboflavin (B2) are important for the release of energy from foods. Many of the B Vitamins such as Niacin (B3) and B6 are important for maintaining a healthy nervous system and keeping the skin in good condition. Essential fatty acids are important during all stages of life and Evening Primrose Oil provides a source of Gamma Linoleic acid (GLA), a fatty acid from the Omega 6 family. Digestive enzymes in Sage Organic Menopause encourage the efficient absorption of the 14 vitamins and minerals in the formula. During the production of the multivitamin tablet Sage use the Microcell® process to carefully reduce the particle size of oily nutrients, allowing them to be absorbed more efficiently and protecting them from the effects of light and oxidation.
