Modern women need a healthy food intake to support their often busy lifestyles. Sage Organic Healthy Woman is designed specifically to safeguard the intake of the main nutrients sometimes lacking in the 21st Century diet. The herbal capsule contains Soil Association certified organic Dandelion Root, Gingko Biloba, Burdock Root, Sage Leaf and Siberian Ginseng, along with the food supplements Spirulina, Acerola Cherry and an organic Vegetable blend. Flax Seeds provide a source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids and antioxidant support comes from Grape Seed Extract, whilst Aloe Vera concentrate is added for its many beneficial properties. The cleansing action of organic Dandelion and Burdock Root is joined by Ginseng, which may encourage a feeling of energy. The multivitamin and mineral tablet contains the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of 14 nutrients. These include a good supply of B vitamins that help maintain healthy skin and nerves.

The supplement promotes antioxidant protection via Selenium, Zinc and the Vitamins C and E. These help to protect the body’s tissues against free radical damage and can encourage a healthy immune system. Important minerals such as Magnesium, Calcium and Iron are included for their vital role in the maintenance of healthy muscles, nerves, bones, and blood. Iodine is present as it is required for the production of thyroid hormones, which are vital to growth, development and the control of metabolic rate. Evening Primrose Oil in Healthy Woman provides a source of the fatty acid GLA (Gamma Linoleic acid). During the production of the multivitamin tablet Sage use the Microcell® process to carefully reduce the particle size of oily nutrients, allowing them to be absorbed more efficiently and protecting them from the effects of light and oxidation.
