Shazzie
Shazzie is a Visionary In Paradise.
Born in East Yorkshire in 1969, Shazzie had a typical northern lifestyle
and diet in her formative years. As an adult, she suffered lethargy, depression,
brain-fog, period pains, bad skin, and aches and pains -- until she created
a detox and rejuvenation programme for herself. This was based on raw
foods (living foods), and loving herself into wellness.
These days she feels younger than ever before, has relentless energy,
and a body which functions as it should!
Shazzie spreads the secrets that she's uncovered to millions of people
throughout the world via her web sites, books, magazine columns, workshops
and retreats.
Shazzie has written five books and several ebooks:
- The hugely popular Shazzie's
detox delights is a simple recipe book to get anyone off the start
line. With over 100 recipes, it's generously priced and is now in its
seventh edition.
- Detox your World
is Shazzie's second book. It's a comprehensive manual with 100 unique
raw food recipes, many detox plans and masses of information. Readers
breathe a collective sigh of relief as Shazzie explains that detox can
actually be pleasurable and fun!
- In 2005, Shazzie released her third book,
(co-written with David Wolfe)
Naked Chocolate, a
full colour journey into the world of chocolate as you've never seen it
before.
- 2008 saw the release of Evie's Kitchen: Raising an ecstatic child.
It's a full colour book on natural and raw food living for babies and small children, though the 160+ recipes suit grown-ups, too!
- In 2009, Ecstatic Beings was released. Shazzie co-authored this with Kate Magic. It's a hypercolour adventure into ecstatic living. Shazzie believes
being ecstatic is our birthright, and this book offers you funny, yet real, tools to find your own ecstatic lifestyle.
Shazzie is also the author and narrator of the hugely popular and
life-changing Shazzie Speaks. Detoxing your mind is a wonderful thing to do!
Shazzie's aim with her books and programs is to help people discover their
real selves, so they can do and be exactly what and how they need to.

Shazzie is mummy to Evie, born on 5th August 2004. She loves her dearly
and is now doubly committed to making the world a more beautiful place
for the sake of all the babies on this planet.
Evie didn't eat any cooked food at all in her first three years. She is now "high-raw" mostly vegan (eating some high quality organic
eggs and raw
dairy) She was breastfed until her fourth birthday. She's 100% healthy, vibrant
and happy.

Greetings! I have just received my order and I am buzzing. I write firstly
to thank you for such a rapid service. Secondly, how delighted and thrilled
was I, when out popped my superfoods of Maca
(rrrrrr) and Cacao
Nibs (ooooh), freebie samples (mmmm) writings of love (ahhh)and.....hearts

Shazzie, I am a raw virgin and you have been my inspiration. I have experimented
with food and nutrition for years. Since mentally committing to going vegan/raw
