About maca
Maca is a root from Peru. It looks like a little turnip or radish, and is a traditional staple food in Peru. Its Latin name is Lepidium Peruvianum Chacon, but you don't have to remember that! It's also known as Peruvian ginseng, or Amazonian ginseng, but isn't related to ginseng at all.
Our maca comes dried and ground into a powder, is certified organic and is not cooked. It is non-toxic and contains no dangerous side-effects or withdrawal symptoms.

About cacao powder
Our raw organic cacao powder is created by cold-pressing cacao beans into a cake separating the oil from the protein and fibre. Slowly, the pure, liquid cacao butter begins to sift off down a stainless steel valve. The remaining dry 'cake-like' material is then cold-ground, fine-milled and sifted so that only the finest, most bio-available raw cacao particles filter through into the finished product. This allows for maximum digestion and antioxidant absorption. It has a delightful, full, antioxidant-rich chocolate flavour.

About cacao nibs

About whole almonds

About Himalayan pink salt

Agave Nectar is an exciting sweetener naturally extracted from the inner core of the agave plant. This is a cactus-like plant native to Mexico. It's the same plant as Tequila comes from.
Agave Nectar absorbs slowly into the bloodstream, decreasing the highs and lows associated with sugar intake. It has a very low low glycemic index (GI), between 11 and 19. This means it does not significantly raise blood sugar levels. This makes it particularly suitable for those with sensitivites to sugar.
Its gentle method of processing ensures the presence of vitamins and minerals, which are not found in processed sweeteners.
