Cacao and Green Coffee Ice Cream
This tempting recipe makes a delicious dessert for you and as a end of dinner treat for dinner guests.
- 3 frozen bananas
- ½ teaspoon of green coffee powder
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 1-2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or 1-2 handfuls of raw cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon of maca powder
- 1 dash of agave syrup
Place all of the ingredients above into your blender and blitz until a smooth, yet firm consistency is achieved. Distribute this mixture between a number of dessert dishes and pop into the freezer until it is entirely frozen. Alternatively, garnish with any remaining banana pieces and serve directly as a refreshing smoothie.
