220g - Goji Berries
220g - Cacao Nibs
180g - Cacao Butter
2 teaspoons - Lemon Peel
Gently melt the cacao butter at a low temperature. Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a mould of your choice and put in the fridge to set.
Some of the lemon peel will float to the top with some cacao butter to give it a special appearance.
