Chlorella is a microscopic, deep green freshwater algae that is absolutely brimming with beneficial nutrients such as protein (chlorella consists of up to 45% protein), vitamins (including vitamins A, B9, B12, C, E and K), minerals (for example iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium), antioxidants and chlorophyll.
Start with your tahini and pour into a bowl. Add to it your agave nectar or coconut nectar and chlorella powder. Mix everything together.
