3 Easy Superfood Chocolate Recipes


Superfood ‘Snickers-style’ raw chocolate bar

If you’re a fan of the mainstream peanut chocolate bars, then you’ll love this healthy raw chocolate alternative, crammed with pure, natural superfoods.



Place both the organic coconut oil and the raw cacao powder together in a bowl and mix until it becomes a lovely, smooth paste. Then, depending on how sweet you like your raw chocolate, sprinkle in some lucuma powder according to taste. Stir thoroughly and add in a few handfuls of organic goji berries, raisins and pumpkin seeds. Next spoon some of the chocolate mix into individual cake cases and add a liberal layer of organic peanut butter. Finally top with another layer of your chocolate mix and pop into the freezer. Leave for approx. 1 hour before serving.
