- 2 cups of raw sprouted chickpeas
- 6 tbsp. of organic hemp protein powder
- 3 tbsp. of raw tahini
- 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1- 2 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 2 tsp. of organic shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. of cumin powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. of Himalayan pink salt
- (Spring) water as required
Place all of the ingredients into your blender, except for the organic shelled hemp seeds and blitz until nice and creamy. Add as much water as required until you achieve the desired consistency. Finally top with a light dusting of organic shelled hemp seeds before serving with your favourite raw chips or sprouted breads. Perfect for sharing with friends and family.
