1/4 cup mulberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lucuma powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
Firstly soak your chia seeds in water for about 1 hour. You will see after a hour, it will thicken into a more viscous consistency.
Then very simply add the soaked chia seeds along with all the other necessary ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
Decorate and top how you please. Try some fresh berries or even Raw Chocolate!
