Polly Noble – certified health coach, wellness writer and self-confessed green juice junkie!

Polly Noble is a UK based certified health and raw food coach who is passionate about disease prevention and giving people with the tools that they need to live consciously and empower themselves to improved health. Polly’s personal journey was set in motion by a frightening cancer diagnosis at the tender age of 24, which forced her to re-evaluate her life and simultaneously sparked a lifelong interest in a natural, holistic, yet simple approach to health and wellbeing.

Polly’s number one advice for starting on the road to better health and happiness, given with her usual infectious enthusiasm, is – ‘just think about what you're putting into and onto your body at all times and make just one small change that you can manage comfortably (such as adding a daily or weekly juice or swapping your lunchtime sandwich for a salad), before slowly incorporating more and more raw food’. She maintains that this straightforward approach will soon see you reaping the benefits!

Polly is also a firm believer in the power of superfoods and with her self-confessed love of green juice, it’s perhaps not surprising that her all time favourite superfood is the nutritionally dense liquid super green, E3 Live, that’s just made for stirring into smoothies and juices.

With an impressive literature portfolio all of her own (she co-authored "The Cancer Journey - Positive Steps To Help Yourself Heal" - the go-to handbook for anyone with a cancer diagnosis - and makes regular contributions to health magazines and wellness websites), her best-loved inspirational quote is from spiritual teacher, Marianne Wilson: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.”
