Are all your products suitable for vegetarians?

Are all your products suitable for vegans

Yes, with the exception (depending on your veiws) of Vita Synergy for women, Vita Synergy for men, PQ for women and PQ for men. These products are from the USA and they contain vitamin D3 -- the lanolin is combed from well kept (not farmed) sheep and the vitamin D3 is then processed from that. The other option to gain vitamin D2 (vegan) is via a radiation process, which many companies won't do.

In addition, to support the work of the UK Vegan Society, we use their "Vegan society approved" logo on several of our food products. As an ethical vegan since 1986, Shazzie believes that supporting charities in this way is crucial. It's also a very well-known logo, and customers from all walks of life trust all that it stands for.

I'm not from the UK, and want to order some products. Can I order anything? What about postage costs?

There are varying laws with exporting food, and some items are really heavy so we reserve the right to refund you if you order something that we think will cause problems for you. If your order comes to over £150.00, you'll see that there are no postage charges applied. This is because we source the postage costs separately on large orders so you get a better deal than if it was left to this machine!

I'm not from the UK, how do I calculate the costs in my currency?

Regardless of where you are in the world, we charge you in £ sterling. Exchange rate fees (if any) are determined by your bank. To work out approximate costs in your local currency, please click here.

What's the cheapest way to buy from you?

In the UK, all postage costs are capped to £6.00 (and you don't pay VAT on them as the Royal Mail are our couriers). If your order exceeds £150.00, we will pay the postage costs for you!

If you make sure you buy everything you want all at once from us, or if you buy bulk items with friends and family at the same time, you could end up saving lots with us!

How can I contact Shazzie?

We no longer put our email addresses on our web site due to masses of spam (and you know we don't do meat!), so to get in touch with Shazzie in the first instance, please use our contact form and we will pass your message on to Shazzie. She isn't office-based and doesn't take phone calls.

What does the icon "You love it" mean?

Exactly that! These are our most popular items that you come back time and again for, or that you nag us to stock! We were going to do "Our favourites" but we'd end up using the icon on most pages because we only stock products that are world-changingly wonderful.
