Postage and delivery details
Delivery times All orders are dispatched same or next day unless otherwise stated. If we are out of stock, we will let you know by email, and you can decide to wait or have a refund. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service, or a first class postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
- If you are in the UK, you should receive your goods within 5 working days.
- If you are in Europe, you should receive them within 6 working days.
- If you are outside of Europe, you should receive them within 10 working days.
Missing order? If your order doesn't turn up within the time specified above, please fill in this form and we'll look into it for you.
Wrong address? Please fill in your address correctly. If your item is not delivered to you as a result of you failing to do so, we cannot be financially responsible for the loss.
Postage costs Postage costs vary according to your country. You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please note that if you are in the non-UK EU or international, your postage costs may be very high. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Reduced and free postage in the UK (mainland)!In the UK, you now have the option to reduce your postage costs or have your goods delivered for free!
Reduced postage The maximum postage you'll ever pay per order is £4.95. So if you buy up to £149.99 worth of products (including VAT but excluding postage costs), you will pay between £0-£4.95 postage.
Free postageIf your order comes to £150.00 or over you will not pay any postage. This is great if you and some friends order together, you could make big savings!
Highlands and IslandsOur UK delivery prices are for the UK mainland only. If you live in the UK but in the Highlands or islands, you may be subjected to additional postage costs, and we cannot offer free or reduced postage prices. We always do our best to keep postage costs down, but sometimes we are charged a lot to deliver to you. Well, at least you have lovely scenery to look at, if that makes you feel any better about it.
Special postage outside the UK (Europe and the rest of the world) on electrical items or when you spend over £150.00...Because we want to give you the best postage price on your expensive or heavy items, we have excluded postage at these rates so we can manually calculate them. When we receive your order, we'll calculate the shipping cost and then email you to ask for the further shipping payment before we send your goods.
