Remember, with Detox your world, there are no rules -- just guidelines
and great ways to look and feel great, all the time.
I recommend that all the food you buy is organic. If you can grow your
own food and pick it fresh, it will be even better for you. If you can
find wild food, it will make you as strong as it is.
