Raw Cacao is one of the finest natural superfoods on the planet. Raw cacao contains no sugar or milk, almost no caffeine and boasts a unique composition of beneficial vitamins, minerals, fibre, antioxidants and essential fatty acids.
¾ cup of coconut oil
¾ cup of raw honey
½ cup of cacao powder
Himalayan pink salt to taste
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
¼ cup of cacao nibs
First place the coconut oil in a pan and melt slowly over a low heat.
Then add the honey, cacao powder, vanilla powder and a dash of Himalayan pink salt to taste. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
Spoon the fudge mix into a tray and pop into the freezer for around 45 minutes to a hour, or until solid.
When firm, cut into generous servings and sprinkle over some cacao nibs and enjoy!
