1 Tablespoon - chia seeds
1 ½ Teaspoon – cacao powder
1 Teaspoon – cacao nibs
1 Tablespoon - whole almond butter
1 Tablespoon - raw honey
1 ½ cups - water
Soak the chia seeds for around an hour in the water – the chia seeds will expand and become soft and you will also realise a slight change in the thickness of the water.
When it has become like this, place this into a blender – add the other ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Enjoy! Try adding some crumbled up nuts or cacao nibs for a extra bit of texture.
