3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/4 cup of desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of raw linseeds (ground)
1 cup of raw linseeds (whole)
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1/2 cup of almond milk or water
First gently start to melt the coconut oil using the lowest heat setting on your hob. Once the coconut oil has begun melting, remove from the heat and allow it to finish naturally.
Next place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place the mixture into your dehydrator. This mix can make around 4 to 5 small pancakes.
Dehydrate for around 2 and a half hours at 42 Celsius (or when you can see it setting). Flip over and dehydrate further for around 1 and half hours (or when you can see it setting). Be careful not to over dehydrate other wise they will become crackers.
The pancakes can be stored in your fridge until ready to serve with fresh blueberries and a generously pour over some raw honey.
