Organic dried mango is a deliciously sweet snack that contains absolutely no flavourings, colourings, preservatives or indeed any other additives. Instead, it is positively bursting with beneficial nutrients, such as dietary fibre, vitamin C, polyphenols and provitamin A carotenoids. Just one small handful of organic dried mango is equivalent to one serving of fruit and, as it contains only natural fruit sugars, is the ideal sweet treat for both children and adults alike.
Enjoy dried mango just as they are, or try them in these lovely raw cookies, crammed with crunchy cashew nuts and chewy chunks of dried mango.

- 1 cup of dried mangoes, chopped
- 2/3 cup of cashew nuts, soaked
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- A pinch of turmeric (optional)
Firstly soak the cashew nuts for around 4 hours
Also soak the dried mango for around 15 to 20 mins
Now simply put all the ingredients into a blender. And blend until everything incorporates together (we like to leave some chunks of mango in there)
Take the mix and make into cookie shapes. Finish by rolling into some desiccated coconut
Put in the fridge to let it set
