Ingredients (quanitities for 2 serving bowls)
Half cup of cashew nuts
Half cup of walnuts halves
Half cup of sunflower seeds
Half cup of pumpkin seeds
Half cup of dried figs
Quarter cup of goji berries
Half cup coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
1 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
Handful of sesame seeds

Chop up the cashew nuts, walnut halves, and dried figs. Put these into a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and gently stir all of it together - make sure each spoonful gets a bit of everything!
Pour over some cold raw almond milk, and there you have it, a great way to start the day!
Of course feel free to make your own twists to the recipe, swap the nuts for own favourite nuts, add some of your favourite dried berries, the choice is yours!
