For the pizza base

3 tomatoes
¼ cup parsley
½ teaspoon himalayan pink salt
For the raw “cheese”
1 and ½ cups soaked (overnight) cashew nuts
1 grated clove of garlic
½ cup of water

Preparation
For the pizza base
Refer to our delicious superfood crackers base. This time instead of making them into crackers, pour the mixture and make into a round pizza base.
For the tomato sauce
Put all the required ingredients and put in a blender and blend until using the pulse action. Pulse and leave some chunks of tomato intact.
For the raw “cheese”
Soak your cashews overnight. Place the soaked cashews into a blender along with the other required ingredients and blend until smooth.
Assembling
With your pizza base, smear some raw ‘cheese’ in the middle.
On top of the raw ‘cheese’ liberally pour over the tomato sauce all the way to the edges.
Finally finish your dish by putting the toppings to your pizza, of chopped tomatoes, olives and spinach. Or place on top your favourite vegetables, the choice is yours!
