Samantha Peris is a leading Holistic Nutritionist, utterly dedicated to teaching whole foods nutrition in a highly accessible, friendly and unintimidating way. Passionate about natural health in general and with a particular interest in pre-conception, pregnancy, breastfeeding and optimal baby health, Samantha’s ultimate aim is to show us how to heal by adopting a more holistic lifestyle and by listening to our bodies’ innate wisdom.

Recognising that her unhealthy diet of junk food was having a direct impact on her own health and mental wellbeing was a turning point for Samantha and one that, in conjunction with her allergy to gluten, triggered a life long devotion to the practice of Holistic Nutrition. Amazed by the dramatic increase in her energy levels and the improved general health that resulted, Samantha set out on an unwavering mission to empower and educate others.

Now the inspirational president and owner of nu roots nutrition inc. and a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Samantha firmly believes that nutrition is one of the most important aspects in the journey towards optimal health. Her number one advice is to ‘eat real food. Food that looks like it came from nature, with as little processing as possible’ - a remarkably common sense approach that’s also incredibly effective. With a personal love of wholesome raw cacao, Samantha openly admits that she enjoys her superfood of choice morning, noon and night!
