Saskia Fraser – raw food mentor and life coach who’s learning to dance in the rain!

Saskia is an experienced raw food mentor and dedicated life coach who places a particular emphasis on balancing the mind, body and spirit in order to achieve energy, clarity and emotional harmony.

It was Saskia’s private battle with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), chronic lethargy, unhealthy skin and poor memory that first forced her, at the age of 33, to revaluate her own life and set her on an unswerving path to change.

A firm believer in the power of healthy eating in combination with self-loving behaviour, thoughts and actions, Saskia’s ultimate mission is to empower her clients to be ‘self-responsible’ for their physical health and mental well-being. Her number one advice is to ‘look after mind, body and spirit equally’, a holistic approach that gently steers her clients towards improved health and lasting happiness.

Saskia strongly advocates a gradual and intuitive incorporation of raw and superfoods, rather than a strict, 100% raw food diet and names seaweed as her current superfood of choice - although she’s keen to point out that this varies considerably according to ‘what her body is asking for’.

With a popular raw food website and blog all of her own, Saskia’s personal inspiration comes from the quote ‘life isn’t waiting about for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain’. It is this uplifting philosophy that enables her and her clients to fall in love with life, over and over again!
