50g of Mulberries
250g of frozen Strawberries
1 frozen Banana
This is an example of a recipe, where once you make it once, you wonder why you have never made it before! Sorbets are an easy recipe and a delicious change to get fruit into your diet.
Using a food processor, firstly blend up your banana until smooth
Then put your strawberries and mulberries into the food processor with the banana and blend altogether. Be careful not to blend it too much because the heat will turn it into a liquid. Best method is to pulse it carefully. You want it to remain like a broken up ice lolly type consistency.
Put the sorbet into a plastic container and put into the freezer for ½ hour to 1 hour.
