We are mad for our greens because we feel amazing with them in our lives. We add Synergy Super Greens to our raw chocolates, to our nut and seed mylks and we also blend it into our juices and smoothies.
As Synergy Super Greens is a blend of natural whole foods, there is no hard and fast rule on how much you should consume. The amount can vary with activity levels, state of health and age. Start with 2-3 grams of powder per day for first week, then increase to the maintenance level of 10 tablets (5g or 1 teaspoon powder) per day. Higher levels may be taken by those who are convalescing or following a cleansing and detoxification regime. Food sensitive people should introduce Synergy Super Greens gradually. Children should take half the adult amount.
