1 Cup Of Kelp Noodles
3 Tablespoons of Raw Tahini
¼ Cup of Sliced Red Peppers
¼ Cup of Sliced Yellow Peppers
¼ Cup of Sliced Mange Touts (Snap Peas)
1/3 Cup of Chopped Onions
½ Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
1/3 Cup of Water
Rinse the kelp noodles in water first and cut into desired lengths. Put the kelp noodles into a bowl
Slice your Peppers and Mange Tout length ways and place into the bowl with the kelp noodles
With the Tahini, Onions, Garlic and Water, place into a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust the sauce according to your preferred taste, for example add salt and pepper or a squeeze of lemon.
Add the sauce to your bowl of kelp noodles and vegetables and gently stir everything together to finish the dish.
