Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. Please note that you will be charged in £ sterling, not USD $ or any other currency. Exchange rate fees (if any) are determined by your bank. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Postage costs vary according to your country. You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please note that if you are in the non-UK EU or international, your postage costs may be very high. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Reduced postage in mainland UKThe maximum postage you'll ever pay per order is £6.00. So if you buy up to £149.99 worth of products (including VAT but excluding postage costs), you will pay between £0-£6.00 postage.
Free postage in mainland UK
If your order comes to £150.00 or over, you will not pay any postage. This is great if you and some friends order together, you could make big savings!
Special postage outside the UK (Europe and the rest of the world) on electrical items or when you spend over £150.00...Because we want to give you the best postage price on your expensive or heavy items, we have excluded postage at these rates so we can manually calculate them. When we receive your order, we'll calculate the shipping cost and then email you to ask for the further shipping payment before we send your goods.

Faulty goodsIf your goods don't arrive in perfect condition, please phone us on 08700 113 119 or email us within seven working days of receipt and we'll arrange a replacement. If your goods need to be returned for repair after 30 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any postage costs incurred.
Delivery Schedule All orders are dispatched same or next day unless otherwise stated. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service, or a first class postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.
- If you are in the UK, you should receive your goods within 5 working days.
- If you are in Europe, you should receive them within 6 working days.
- If you are outside of Europe, you should receive them within 10 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free, even though the VAT inclusive price is displayed on each of the product pages.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Detox Your World does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we are happy for you to return any "as new" and unused goods. However, you must contact us in writing (letter, fax or email) within seven working days of receipt of your order. It would also be best to call us on 08700 113 119 (01493 442000) to arrange the best way to proceed. You must return the cancelled order to us as soon as possible. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us and these are non-refundable. If you are returning the entire order you will be entitled to a full refund (eg the cost of the returned products and your original delivery costs). However, if you are returning part of an order, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of the returned item but not the delivery costs. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of CDs, DVDs or videos if their security seal has been broken or of perishable foods with a short shelf life.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to receive any free gifts relevant when you made your purchase. If you cancel/return your order, Distance Selling Regulations also require you to return any free gifts received with your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
