1 tablespoon organic wheatgrass powder
2 cups spinach
1 cm of ginger
Firstly, take your fresh fruit of banana, pear and apple and chop into small chunks suitable for a blender.
Start by putting the spinach into the blender.
Now add to the spinach, the chopped fruit and the key ingredient, wheatgrass powder!
Add the ginger and water and blitz everything together.
When everything is blended together and smooth, serve and enjoy!
